Abstract
The hand-woven products indicate the identity and rich culture of our country, Iran. The weavers of “Bidgeneh village” have knitted faith and love in the warp and weft of their carpets. The Bidgeneh carpet, as one of the manifestations of high culture and art of Iran has been forgotten for many years. In spite of the long history of carpet-knitting in this village, there has been little research on the matter. In this paper, we have tried to revive this art by looking closer at the effective elements which involve in its formation. Initially we have shown that except a few disperse studies on the subject, yet there has not been done a full research on these carpets. Then we have studied pieces of the indigenous carpets and have carried out pathological studies for them. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (α=0.79). The analysis of SWOT was also used in this study. The results revealed that satisfaction of the design and new drawings for carpet that cooperative provide is their main strength, limitedness of the facilities of cooperative is their main weaknesses. Suitable position of Iranian carpet in the world is their important opportunity and carpet market volatility is the main threat of the cooperatives. Abstract
Iranian carpet is a valuable and applied art treasure among the human arts that has been representative of Iranian culture and potentials since ancient times. Over the ages, this glorioushand-woven artwork has been subjected to damage and risks that sometimes have leads to destruction of some of its finest samples.Subsequently, some people have started repairingthe damaged carpetssometimes for earning their livelihood and some due to their passion for art. However, these repairs aren’t always correct and scientific, and lack of proper understanding of damage, damaging elements and lack of required skills in rug restoration have led to accelerated carpet destruction. In this research, damages, extent of damagesas well as scale of damagesare studied in Iranian carpet. So, at first major damaging factors, i.e. human, physical, biological and chemical factors have been studied and then the scale of damages including naps, knots, woofs, and cordshave been dealt with.Subsequently, they are groupedintoinner-structural,outer-structural and marginalgroups. Such classification is more detailed comparing former researches and also presents a new way to grouping the damages. In the field study section, some samples of these three groups along with the reasons for such damages are presented. Research findings show that many of inner-structural damages are related to the phase prior to weaving and during the weaving.Sound perception of the damagingelements and types and level of damage can be used for appropriate restoration without destroying the originality of the carpets.

Abstract
The role of human resources and its effective management in the development and development of countries is known. In handmade carpet industry, attention to human tissue is not considered as the most dynamic element of the cycle of production of handmade carpet booms. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of pathology of factors influencing the preservation and increase of manpower of handmade carpet weavers in three levels of environmental factors, micro-environment and internal factors in Shiraz. In total, after reviewing the research background, 83 variables were identified in 3 dimensions of environmental factors, micro, or industry and in-organization environment. The method of data collection was using library and field resources. Questionnaire data collection tool. Data analysis was done descriptively and inferential using Testifodent and Friedman test. The results of the research indicate that out of a total of 83 variables, 60 positive, 4 negative and 19 variables have been negatively affected. Of these 19 negative variables, 11 variables are related to macro environment factors, 3 variables related to the industrial environment, and 5 variables related to the internal dimension of the organization. Therefore, it can be said that these factors are the environments that have the most negative effect on the stagnation or flourishing of the carpet industry and, consequently, the increase or decrease of weavers in Shiraz.
